"Cool" trip to the chaparral

Ok, it was cool weather-wise, but cool plant-wise, too...  Here are a couple photos including:

the mystery sage we saw near the end, which turned out to be pitcher sage (Lepechinia calycina)

I was digging around the internet trying to find some plants we saw today and came across this website. It has a pretty great search function and large pictures for almost all of the plants. I found the ones I was looking for without knowing much about them.
